In the SELF CARE Quest, you will learn essential tools and techniques to help optimize your health. Your health and well-being directly impacts your ability to lead at your best, with results and grace. Everything from your relationships to your productivity is impacted by your daily self-care habits.
In this quest you will learn:
- Why genetics is not destiny, and how to leverage genetics to your advantage
- The power of optimizing your brain health, and how to do it
- Why one diet does NOT fit all, and how to find the right nutritional plan for you
- What is "brain hygiene" and why is it so important?
- The link between your beliefs and your health, and how not to sabotage yourself
- How certain food addictions happen, and how to break free of them
- The deadliest foods to avoid, and the best foods to feast on
- Why the right kind of sleep is critical to your health, and how to get it
- Just how much exercise do you really need
- And much more!
The SELF CARE Quest refers to information and concepts learned in the BRAIN RESET, AWARENESS, COMMUNICATION, NEURO-SCIENCE, WISDOM, and LEADERSHIP Quests. Completing these courses is encouraged but not required in order to gain the most from this quest.
Participants are encouraged to complete one mission per day. Missions take about 10-15 minutes on average to complete (some shorter, some longer). By completing 4-5 missions a week, participants will complete this quest in about 6-7 weeks. Valerie and her highly qualified coaches are quest mentors. and participants enjoy support from a community of other participants.
This quest is based upon Valerie's book, Polish Your Star - Three Minute Daily Lessons to Become an Extraordinary Leader.
